North Carolina Water Damage ("we") operates this website, a referral service that connects North Carolina callers with participating independent water damage restoration companies. Contact: support@northcarolinawaterdamage.us.
Phone calls
This site has no forms. When you call the number on this site, your call is handled by a call-tracking and routing provider and connected to a participating independent restoration company. The routing provider and the company you're connected with may receive and record your phone number, the call's date, time, and duration, the location you give, and the contents of the call, which may be recorded for quality and billing purposes. The restoration company's use of your information is governed by its own privacy practices.
If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to respond.
Website analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, including which pages are viewed and when a phone link is tapped. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device, approximate location, and pages visited. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
